  • Baseline Valet
  • Elite Detail
  • Presidential Detail
  • Maintenance Detail
  • Additional services as described on our website

Service availability and pricing may vary based on location, vehicle type, and other factors.

3. Booking and Appointments

3.1 Booking Process

  • Bookings can be made through our website or by contacting us directly
  • You must provide accurate information when booking
  • Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation

3.2 Confirmation

We will confirm your booking via email, phone, or SMS. Services are not guaranteed until confirmed by 512 Details.

3.3 Changes to Bookings

To reschedule or modify a booking, contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate changes, subject to availability.

3.4 Cancellation Policy

  • By Customer: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.
  • By 512 Details: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to weather, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and offer to reschedule or provide a full refund.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

Prices are listed on our website and may vary based on:

  • Additional services or add-ons
  • Location (travel fees may apply for certain areas)

4.2 Payment Methods

  • Remove all valuables and personal items before service
  • We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items left in vehicles

5.4 Weather Conditions

Certain services may not be possible in adverse weather conditions. We will contact you to reschedule if necessary.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 Service Warranty

We strive to provide high-quality services. However, results may vary based on:

  • Vehicle age and condition
  • Pre-existing stains or damage
  • Material type and quality

6.2 Liability Limitations

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided

  • Provide photographic evidence
  • Allow us to inspect the damage
  • Claims will be assessed and resolved in good faith
